FAQ
What is Hibiscus tea?
Hibiscus tea is a herbal tea made by steeping the dried calyces of the Hibiscus sabdariffa plant in hot or cold water.
How much tea per cup?
We recommend 2g per 250ml cup — roughly one heaped teaspoon. Each 50g pouch makes approximately 25 cups.
Can I add milk?
You can, though hibiscus is naturally dairy-free and beautiful on its own. Oat or coconut milk work beautifully if you prefer a creamier cup.
Is it safe during pregnancy?
Hibiscus in small amounts is generally considered safe, but large quantities are not recommended during pregnancy. Please consult your GP or midwife.
Is it caffeine-free?
Yes — all Zobisco blends are naturally and entirely caffeine-free. Enjoy any time of day or night.
